I’ve recently been contacting directors and producers to solicit for any ideas on how to make a “review” type portion of our FORPORN site work…. here’s the exact message this morning to one director:
Hey, I noticed you, however hesitantly, shared information about a model that obviously flaked, or whatever….. I’m not sure if you’ve been following my attempt at creating a professional association within the adult industry, but one of the things I’d like to tackle is creating a place where members could share their experiences with talent, agents, mua’s, etc, in a confidential and well thought out way… I was wondering if you wouldn’t mind taking a second and giving a little input…..
Things I’d really like to figure out before I try getting this developed is:
-How would we ensure that the person filing the review actually had professional interaction with this other party (ie. that they’re not just someone with a beef and makes up that they had a talent booked and he/she flaked)
-What type of things do you think it would be good to rate, and those even become more detailed when you look at the different types of ppl to rate:
-Talent:
-Did he/she look like pictures?
-Was he/she on time?
-How was the performance? (to give those that charge less a chance to rate well compared to veterans)
-MUA:
-Did he/she show up prepared?
-Was he/she on time?
-How was the performance?
-Was the performance worth the price? (to give those that charge less a chance to rate well compared to veterans)
-Agent:
-Did he/she represent the talent well?
-Was he/she honest about who was available?
-Driver:
-Did he/she show up on time?
-Was he/she professional (ie no music blaring or involuntary exposure to cigarettes/drugs)?
I think you can see where I’m going with this, I really would just like for the association to be able to provide factual and accurate information to their members and get rid of the more gossipy, heresy type information that is, unfortunately just about the only type available now.
